Negative vs Positive
Out of each negative, a positive can come
It might not sound easy, but it can be done
I’ve tried it myself, if it comes from within
Nothing is easy when you first begin
But you’ll gain satisfaction
By finding a distraction
When faced with whatever life brings
So try if you can,
You’ll feel a more contented person,
And quite soon you’ll hear yourself sing
You feel less gloom, and not so much doom
There’ll be a lot more room
In your heart for happiness and light.
Feel less uptight, less contrite
And sleep better at night
So take my advice, try to think twice
Before allowing the negative to reain,
And before long you’ll find happiness again.
