Yes, here I go again, apologizing. I want to apologize to any who has visited the store and wanted to make a purchase. I was notified yesterday by a dear friend that there was a problem with the store. She told me she went to checkout and couldn’t. I got to poking around after the doctor’s office and I was never so embarrassed in my life. We thought we were really giving you something when we rolled out the store on the Solstice. HA! We gave you a dud, exactly that, a dud. I checked out the checkout process on the store and it was basically non-existent. You couldn’t view your cart or the items you had purchased, that page was totally black. You could see the item you were purchasing and then the buttons to make your payment, that was it.
The boys built the store and it wasn’t their fault. It was the host site of our store’s fault. They had redone all their codes and neither Jacob or Joseph was aware of this. After I received the email from my friend, I went to check out the check out and like I said I was embarrassed beyond belief. After I got out of the doctor’s office yesterday, I spent all day and worked late into the night to fix this problem. I can say the problem has now been taken care of and if you wish to make a purchase you can now do so. The check out page is fixed and also there is a thank you page that has been added. I can never begin to apologize enough for this. Jacob has worked with me on the first one while I was in the hospital. He knew what to do except Wix’s changed their coding and he didn’t realize that. I was surprised to see the “new, wonderful” addition they had made to their site. I was blown away when I saw what shape the store was actually in. No, totally embarrassed. But the boys had good intentions. They wanted to get the store up and running and get some income coming it. Like I said it wasn’t their fault. We should have been notified of the changes Wix had made.
I spent the rest of the time, after I escaped from the doctor’s office, working on the store. It is now the way it should be. Everything is normal and working over there I hope. So if you had been there in the past and wanted to order something and it was during the store’s screw up stage, please go back. You can now order, check out, view your cart and get a thank you for us. Again, I am sincerely sorry for this, please give the store another chance. This time I am sure you will be pleased how it runs for you.
As far as the doctor’s office went, I am in tip top condition, HA! Well that is according to my heart doctor. He listened to my heart and then did an EKG (I believe that is what it is caused). He said my heart sounded good and the EKG looked good. His parting words, “See you in 3 months.” I started once to ask him if he had purchased that new Mercedes yet but I was told to behave myself, crap can’t have no fun.
Anyway, that is my up-date for the morning. The store is operating the way it should now and I have healthy as a horse. After all I have been through and he expects me to believe I am healthy as a horse, yeah right! With that thought in mind, this horse needs to get her rump busy. Give us a little bit and we will be right back with today’s info. Till then….
Love ya,
Lady A
