It’s quite fine to be disturbed by an opinion that is extremely different than your own, but today, there can be other underlying issues stimulated that need to be separated from what’s actually happening in order for you to deal with them appropriately. Watch that you don’t let out your frustrations on the job or in the public eye. Take the high road, but also aim to confront any emerging anger or tension.
