Daily Cosmic Calendar for December 8th

This isn’t your typical Saturday in December as Saturn parallels Neptune (1:17PM PST). As a reminder, celestial bodies that are parallel are synchronized either north or south of the Celestial Equator whereas the usual zodiacal aspects are calculated by using the Ecliptic (the Sun’s apparent path in the heavens).  Today’s Saturn-Neptune parallel occurs 12 degrees south of the Celestial Equator and is similar to a conjunction in the zodiac. When Saturn merges with Neptune, the material and spiritual planes interlock and enlightening vibrations strive to enter the physical-etheric energy-bodies of human beings striving to evolve on Spaceship Earth.  However, sometimes Saturn becomes an obstructing, frustrating agency instead of providing a clear channel for Neptunian love-wisdom. Therefore, you really want to be on alert for this entire 24-hour time-period to be as tuned-in as possible to your higher destiny, and listening to the still, small voice within guiding you upward and onward.  The continuing presence of Libra Moon can be a great impetus to explore the fine and graphic arts, and a flowing lunar trine to Jupiter (5:01AM PST) can keep the mental-intellectual gates wide open for a good portion of the morning hours.  Meanwhile, another lengthy void lunar limbo cycle enters the fray at 4:38PM PST. For the next 21+ hours — until 1:52PM PST tomorrow — the lunar orb is in a somewhat wavering mode where it is hard to gain enormous traction to accomplish major tasks and plans.  The shift into Sunday is made more uncertain because the Sun makes an opposition to Vesta (12:00AM PST on Sunday) in which safety and security themes, investment matters, home and hearth and soul-sister ties are highlighted and up for serious review.
