Of course, on ‘U.S. Coast Guard Day’ my thoughts immediately turn to boats and sailing ships. In Feng Shui boats are often used as symbols of good fortune that can in turn attract even better luck. In fact, symbolism gives great substance to the practice of this modality, especially in a more contemporary context. One excellent good fortune symbol that brings big luck is the sailing ship. Use a small statue of a ship with its hold loaded with faux or fake gold ingots and diamonds.
