Take a piece of paper and write the name of the person that is to be bound on a “3×3” piece of paper, using a black ink pen or a pencil.

While you do this visualize the face of the person on your mind. When you have written the name cross it with an inverted pentacle (5 pointed star within a circle).
Fold the paper twice and take a rubber band and tie the paper with it. Raise it to your temple and chant three times the following…
“To be protected from you,
This magic charm i will do,
With this words i bind thee,
For you to let me be,
To be protected from your harm,
I now seal this charm”.
Now place the paper on your right shoe and slam your foot on the ground nine times (doesn’t have to be so loud that everyone hears it) As you slam it the ninth time say…

      It is lovely to hear from you this morning. I have to admit this is one of my favorite spells, lol! When it comes to a binding spells, there are several ways to get rid of the paper or you can keep it too. First let’s talk about getting rid of it. Do you have access to this person’s yard? If so, you can take the piece of paper and bury it on their property. If you do not, go to the farthest part of your property and bury the paper there. But the best way I have found to make a binding spell hold is to keep the paper. Make a small black sachet and put the paper in it. Put the sachet somewhere safe. Then put it out of your mind. If you dwell too much on a spell, it loses it effectiveness. So it is best, out of sight, out of mind. Now after a few years (just kidding) or when you have decided the person has learned their lesson, get the sachet. Take the paper out and put it in your cauldron. Now burn the paper. Take the ashes of the paper and the sachet to the farthest part of your yard and bury them. Or you can go to a crossroad at midnight and release the ashes. You can say a little chant while releasing the ashes that indicates you are releasing this person from your bond. Now that the ashes are scattered to the four winds, come back home. Take the black sachet and bury it at the farthest part of your property. But for the best effect, hang onto the paper.
