Mars in cahoots with Neptune (9:54AM PDT) — in this morning’s parallel — can send out disturbing, confusing and chaotic signals throughout humanity. As a reminder, be aware that a parallel occurs when two celestial bodies are the same number of degrees north or south of the Celestial Equator. On the other hand, zodiacal aspects are calculated via the Ecliptic — the apparent Sun’s path in the sky. Parallels can be just as potent as conjunctions in the zodiac.  Mars conspiring with Neptune can increase the worry and misery indexes worldwide and, simultaneously, create hazy business conditions and illusions on the romantic horizon. While psychic storms are omnipresent, the Moon forming a trine with Ceres (9:19PM PDT) can provide some nurturing vibrations while the Sun in the last degree of Leo is interacting with the first magnitude star Regulus — the so-called Little King of heavenly Leo the Lion.
