One of the plants that is considered to be under the planet Venus’s protection is catmint, or catnip, which is so named because it gives most cats a visible high. If like many Wiccans, you have a feline familiar, why not plant to grow this herb in your garden next year? Do so from seed, for cats are reputed not to gobble up home-sprouted plants, and you should be rewarded with the sight of purple, white, blue or pick flowers in early summer. A relaxant, catmint can be a boon to menstruating women, too, for the tea can alleviate uterine cramps.
Pink Pamper
Pink represent romance, delicacy and affection and is one of the colors associated with Libra’s ruling planet. Venus which was named for a goddess who was renowned for her self-indulgence. What better excuse do you need to pamper yourself with a pink treat today?
