Our inner resources are bottomless – like the spirit itself. Next time you need to draw upon some aspect of your inner strength – perhaps your courage, patience or tolerance – imagine lowering a bucket into a well. No matter how much energy you draw from this source, there will always be vast reserves still left in place. As you raise your bucket, make a vow to use this energy wisely and lovely.
