Cosmic Calendar for Saturday, Oct. 22nd

Here’s your last full day of Libra Sun. As you gaze back on the past 30 days, think about how much your primary partnerships have improved. Hopefully, there has been progress on that front. In addition, take a good, long look at your creative artistic output. Figure out ways to magnify your efforts in the year ahead. Today is one of those 24-hour time-periods when challenging and favorable alignments take turns in happening – causing a kind of crazy quilt of ups and downs that are akin to riding on a roller-coaster. The Moon in Leo opposes Neptune in Aquarius (4:42AM PDT) – ushering in the initial wave of uncertainty. Then the Moon begins a void twilight-zone cycle at 5:36AM PDT that lasts until 7:42AM PDT when the lunar orbs enters meticulous Virgo. Meanwhile, it is during the void cycle that Venus makes an abrasive, 135-degree link to Uranus (6:32AM PDT) – an aspect that often spells trouble in social affairs and along the relationship horizon. Once the Moon settles into its organizational groove by entering into Virgo at 7:42AM PDT, a grand triangle will eventually develop once the Moon trines Pluto in Capricorn (4:28PM PDT) and Jupiter in Taurus (5:56PM PDT). Any grand triangle in earth signs can be a wonderful boost for practical work across the board, and the cosmos is happy to enrich the situation by offering three terrific alignments – Venus trine to Ceres (4:12PM PDT), the Sun uniting with Juno in the last degree of Libra (6:25PM PDT), and Venus forming an inspirational, 72-degree link with problem-solving agent Pallas (10:49PM PDT). It seems that all is well and that love bonds are certainly looking fabulous, but for some reason the universe decides to be a spoiler by tossing in a Sun-Pallas square (8:58PM PDT). This is not the first time – nor will it be the last time – that just when it appears everything is coming up roses, the cosmos propels a questionable Trojan horse into the proceedings. Your best bet is to tweak the Sun-Pallas contact into a strategy-helping assistant instead of letting it becoming a solo wrecking crew for your evening plans.
