9/17 ~ Jupiter (Beliefs) ~oppose~ Neptune (Spirituality):

These two bring another potent combo, Optimism/Delusion. It’s imperative to be as grounded as possible with this one because you can be deceived by others or Self when things appear to be too good to be true (they usually are). Avoid nefarious schemes, unrealistic dreams & shady people. That said, this one is excellent for your spiritual development, meditation, working with or communing with other dimensions. But you can see where that may be inconvenient to the “real world” agenda? The opposition creates this push-pull effect within you, so do your grounding exercises as often as needed and avoid drugs, alcohol & processed foods if you are prone to excess.

8/19 ~ Venus (relationships) ~trine~ Uranus (unique):

This energy is likely to bring a little excitement into your life, one way or another. This is a good time to do something different; shake up your routine. Seek out diversions; try something new! Relationships will have an unusual energy to them; an established relationship may sparkle with some extra “spice” or a new relationship begun under this energy will be stimulating, unusual and probably short-lived. Use this energy to soak up some good energy from those who live on the fringes!

8/21 ~ Sun (core identity) ~square~ Saturn (responsibility):

With this energy, it is best to understand that you will have two distinct pulls within – duty versus self-gratification. It’s not nearly as bad as it feels, however, it does bring up something we all struggle with to some degree or another – SELF & OTHERS. How much do you owe your Self and how much are you obligated to others? Balance and reciprocity come to mind as guides. One of the challenges of this influence is the tendency to make assumptions without checking whether they are true. Never assume! Some people may feel restricted, as if life is too demanding and there’s never any time just for you. Others may find their lives falling apart because they have avoided responsibility for so long and now there’s no more “wiggle room”. Try to convert your impatience with seeming restriction to self-discipline – make a commitment to your Self and follow through. Physically and psychologically, your energies are low at this time. You may feel like the weight of the world is on your shoulders, but you don’t expect help because you haven’t asked for it. Remember, that is your choice. You may be reinforcing the very circumstances that make you feel lonely and isolated. What you must do is break out of the vicious cycle and take a good look around you, at your life and the people you allow in it. The events related to this transit tend to magnify the chinks in your ego structure. The purpose of discouragement is to reveal the weaknesses in your conception of your Self and to show where you must work to gain greater confidence in your Self.

Weekly Forecast: July 5 – 11, 2015

7/5 ~ Mercury (thoughts) ~sextile~ Venus (art & beauty):

This energy turns your thoughts and ideas toward how you feel, what inspires you with love and beauty. This is a great time to be particularly creative, or do something related to the arts. It is best to keep it light and let go of your mundane burdens just for a time. Pleasure reading, walk on the beach, a play or museum are all good things to do at some point this week.

7/6 ~ Sun (core Self) ~oppose~ Pluto (transformation):

This energy will create very intense encounters with others, possibly revealing things about you which you may not have understood or chosen to ignore thus far. This energy provokes power struggles and/or challenges with authority figures where you may have to stand up for yourself. It also may make you feel more over-bearing than usual, creating these kinds of situations. If there are any problems within the relationship, this energy will force things out into the open. It will be much easier on you, if you can open a dialogue with the express purpose of clearing the air and proceeding to a new level in your relationship. Any aspect of your life that you have been “just getting by” will DEMAND attention; you won’t be able to do anything less than a complete overhaul or replacement – in ANY area of your life. Let’s put it this way, any time Pluto is involved, there is usually complete destruction of the current (x-y-z) to make room for new and improved (by the Universe’s definition, if not your own). Ultimately, this is a good, growth energy, pushing you to the next level … ready or not, so be prepared.

7/8 ~ Mars (action) ~trine~ Neptune (dreams):

This is a good time to reflect on your dreams and vision of Self and your life. You may feel inclined to help others, but always balance that drive with some objectivity (are those you’re helping just as dedicated to getting well as you are to helping them?) This is a very laid back energy that allows you time to take effective action on behalf of your dreams and spiritual growth.

6/14 ~ Sun (core Self) ~conjunct~ Mars (desire):

This is the most potent combination of ‘who you are’ and ‘what you want’ joining forces and increasing the power. The blessing of this energy is that if you are clear on those two points, you will have immense energy to pursue your goals and aspirations, both personally and professionally. Do not waste the opportunity to tap in to this energy which can, and most likely will, propel you to the next level. This energy can/will only make you irritably and argumentative if your ego is engaged and your insecurities become obvious. It would be much more productive to take some time alone to assess how you could improve things for yourself and begin that process, fully supported by this fiery energy.
