Today’s ‘Make Your Dream Come True Day’ is one after my own heart. You can start to make your own dreams come true by using an ages-old exercise that invites you to begin at the end. Get a journal and write down what your life would look like five years from now if your dream came true. Where would you be living? Who would represent your most significant relationships? What would you be doing for work or play? You get it. Be really clear and then get writing. This single exercise has been known to work miracles while making your dreams become reality.
