Good morning, my sweets! Yes, it is really me, Lady A. Been a while, huh? I can tell you right now, I haven’t been having a ton of fun either. But we won’t go into that right now. We won’t be with you on this wonderful & blessed Summer Solstice this year. We are currently on our way back to Western Kentucky. We have been up in Eastern Kentucky for a day or two. I wanted to visit some family up there. I also wanted to take a spiritual break, get my head back on straight (you know hospitals mess with your head?) and talk to a few Elder witches up there. We had a good time and enjoyed the visit. We will be back later on this afternoon. Tomorrow, we are going to rest up, maybe! Then Friday, we will be back in full force and I am not planning on anymore hospital visits for a while. I am going to start eating a bushel of apples a day. You know an apple a day keeps the doctor away (keep your brooms crossed, lol!).

 

I also want to thank everyone for your prayers, your energy, your love, and your donations. I really can never, ever thank you enough for everything you have done for me. Like I have always said you are the best family a witch could ever want. From the bottom of heart, thank you and my love for you is so deep and boy did I miss the hell out of you. It is good to be back amongst family and what a family it is.

 

Now for our gift to you…..We have opened the store back up. Magickal Necessities is now up and running again. Unfortunately it had to be rebuilt because I had the cost charged to one of my credit cards and when I was in the hospital it was sort of declined. It seems you don’t make payments on those things that tends to happen. Joseph has worked his fingers to the bone. Jacob brought a laptop to the hospital and when I felt like it I worked on it off line and then they uploaded it to the store. This new store will carry only merchandise and products made in the U. S. A.  We have tons of new items. It is amazing how fast the new comes in and out the old goes. But it is our gift to you this Solstice Day. We worked hard to get it ready to open it this day. Opening a store on such a wonderful day as today means only success can come. Now back to the merchandise, the prices are reasonable, top quality. We are also carrying several items that you won’t find on other stores on the net. So please, since this is the longest day, take a moment to check it out.  If you thumb through the pages and don’t see what you want, let us know, we will get it for you.

 

We are getting ready to leave up here now. We will be resting up tomorrow (maybe) and we will see you Friday. I promise you that. I have been gone way too long that is for sure. Remember one thing, I thought of each of you every day I was out. I missed you and most of all I love each and everyone of you.

I grabbed the first account I founded opened and it happened to be Lynette’s. Let me introduce myself, I am Joseph. I am Lady A’s older adopted son and Jacob’s older brother. I am not a witch but I do know the Craft enough to know that if Lady A ever recovers I want to learn more about it. Maybe one day, I can say I am a witch. Till then, I am the one working on the WOTC’s store, Magickal Necessities. I have spent numerous hours on the store and we have some items on there. Right now, we are putting on herbs and half priced herbs. Tonight, I hope to get some oils on there for you. We are counting on the fact that perhaps you might be out of herbs and in the need of some. The same goes for the essential oils. We have several pages bare put the pages I mentioned are full of herbs. Give the essential oils time and it will be also. We are still under the construction phase of the store but we are more than willing to take orders for any amount of oils, herbs or anything else you might need. I have a brother about 500 miles away from home and a mother who is rapidly going down hill. To say we need the sales is an understatement.

Magickal Necessities

Happy Flag Day! I was allowed in to make this post then the men are throwing me out. They ran into a few glitches on the store but are now moving right along. We have been told we won’t be allowed back on the computers till they are through. They are in a rush now because Lady A has been transferred from the local hospital to one out of state. Jacob, Lord M and Eleanor went with her. Her condition is not getting any better and the doctors here have done all they can. Joseph (Lady A’s other son) has stepped up and started finishing the store. We are very thankful he is computer literate.

 

You can check out the progress of the store at the link below. We hope you understand why it is now of the utmost importance to get the store running and selling. With everybody out of state they will need funds to meet their expenses as well as Lady A’s. We don’t won’t them to be sleeping on the street while they are with her. We are hoping and praying Lady A will be back with us soon.  I am sorry if I am all over the place this morning but I am worried sick.

Magickal Necessities

Wishing everyone a blessed Monday morning. We have to be off the internet for the next few days but it is for a good reason. We are turning the office over to the men. The men will be working feverishly to get our store back up and running. It is important that the store comes back up as quickly as possible. I don’t know if I said it or Jacob said it but one of us mis-spoke and I apologize for that. Maybe we didn’t, maybe that is what the doctors originally told us about the medicine Lady A is going to need once she is out of the hospital. I know we originally said that we had to make an attempt to pay the $738 for the medicine. That was incorrect. We have to pay that amount for the first bottle of medicine because it takes at least 30 days to get on the pharmaceutical’s list and get approved for the drug to be provided for free. We have had several generous donations and we do appreciate those but we are still a long way off. We had thought by doing the fund raiser that might produce more income but it didn’t. We are a very long way off from meeting the amount needed to purchase the first bottle.

 

Therefore, we are turning the office over to the men so they can get the shop built and get some income coming in for us. I know Lady A would throw a hissy fit if she knew that we were not going to be on the internet for the next few days. She will not be finding out till she is out of the hospital. We were first informed that if her progress stayed good she would be out sometime this week. She has suffered some complications and we honestly do not know now when she will be out of the hospital. When they repaired the hernia, her liver was accidentally scraped and this was not discovered for about two days after the surgery. Lord M and Jacob went to visit her in the hospital. They walked in, found her white as a ghost, sweating and shaking. Jacob immediately when to find a doctor to look at his mom. He grabbed the first one he saw and brought them into the room. The doctor told the nurses to call Lady A’s doctors immediately. Jacob said after that everything happened so fast neither Lord M or himself knew what was happening. The nursing staff brought up several pieces of equipment and took them into the room while Jacob and Lord M stood out in the hall. The doctor finally told them they had to take Lady A back to surgery because she was internally bleeding. It looked like her liver had been scraped and it was the cause of the bleeding. She was in surgery for two hours. She has also been given a blood transfusion or two, I am not sure. One of us have been at the hospital around the clock since that happened. We are all baffled and cannot understand how this went undetected for so long. Now we don’t know when she will be out of the hospital. Needless to say, we are all upset by this turn of events.

 

The ladies, Lord M and Jacob will be at the hospital. Jacob has been staying the nights at the hospital along with one of the ladies. They have brought in bed for him to sleep on. We also have a fold out chair that makes a bed. I know it scared Jacob to death to come in and find his mom like that. He was crying and upset. He said the night before she seemed out of it and didn’t eat much. He thought it was because of the medicine she was on. Truth be told, she was bleeding out then and the poor kid didn’t know it.

 

That is our current situation. The men will have control off the office for the next few days to rebuild the store. It is our hope that once it is rebuilt that we can get some income coming in. If we don’t, I don’t know what we will do to pay for the medicine Lady A is going to need when she is out of the hospital.

 

If we have any further up-dates, we will let you know. We will see you Thursday.
