A Thought for Today

At times we all have negative thoughts about or say negative things to someone else. I know it is hard from personal experience to try to bite your tongue or make a negative thought into a positive one but when I do this, and I hope you will try to do these two things I feel better. Having positive thoughts and saying positive things helps keep dark nasty entities away, helps to keep your chakras and auras clear. Which leads to better health and our outlook on life as a whole!
