Let us keep in our hearts and prayers the people of Nepal.

A person passing from an illness is bad enough but you have time to prepare for what is to eventually come. To have someone just taken from you in a blink of an eye, I don’t know or understand how the human mind can even cope with that loss. Loss of life is terrible no matter how it happens, these poor people in Nepal have lost everything. We ask that you keep them in your thoughts and prayers. To rebuild and recover, they will need all the love and support they can get.

Join us in a brief prayer for them.

Great Goddess

Be with the people of Nepal in their time of sorrow

Ease the pain of their hearts

And soothe their battered spirit

Bless their nights with restful sleep

So they might cope with the long days ahead

Enfold them in your compassionate arms

As they learn to live with their loss

Help them to move forward with life

And let the pain grow less as time passes

Bless them with your love

And watch over them

And the ones they have lost

Let them keep their loved ones in

Their hearts and souls knowing that

One day we will shall all meet again.

Bless them, dear Mother, comfort them,

love them and let them know they are not alone.
