Another poem relating to the days of the week. This one I have never heard of but it doesn’t hurt to learn something new every now and then.

Born on a Monday,

Christened on Tuesday,

Married on Wednesday,

Took ill on Thursday,

Grew worse on Friday,

Died on Saturday,

Buried on Sunday.

That was the end,

Of Solomon Grundy.
