Nostradamus
It was on this day in 1503 that the famous astrologer-prophet Nostradamus (Michel de Notre-Dame) was born. From an early age, he experienced many psychic visions that eventually led him to study magick, astrology, mathematics, and the Qabalah. It was around 1555 that his first collection of predictions was published, followed by a second and much larger edition of his now-celebrated rhymed quatrains. Even after his death in 1566, his works remain the prototype of predictive astrology.
