Don’t think that I’m nuts when I tell you that today is ‘Pecan Day.’ According to magically delicious legend and lore, the pecan is used in many money-attracting recipes, as well as those that will help you find a job. Today, eat anything pecan related or simply enjoy the nut by itself if you are intent on being more prosperous and happily employed.
