Emotionally and spiritually I am doing better today. The physical part of me says doing nothing but being a chair sitter or hold down the bottom sheet in your bed. Anywho, I will being doing all the regular posts and try to do some extra information posts also. I love the quote as it explains in words what I have been unable to as how I look at all living things on this planet.
