Between allergies and allergy induced asthma plus smoke haze coming down from Canada that even after using my nebulizer and taking allergy meds I feel yucky.

I totally get it! I can’t even to smudges with smoke, sets my asthma off! I’m in WNY and we keep getting the smoke! All the grasses are in full power with pollinating so I’m in the same boat. Be well!
