I Need to Start Making Lemonade

You know the old saying when life gives you lemons make lemon ade? Well I definitely have enough lemons right now to make big vats of it.

Someone came to Sonny’s wake with active covid. I, one of his stepdaughter, one of his daughters and her children plus an Aunt who’s in her 70s or 80s have all tested positive. Who knows how many more people will.

I’m hoping the person who brought it is only a carrier with no symptoms. If it was someone who knew they were positive and came anyway…no words to describe how I’m feeling about that person right now.

  1. I, too, hope they were an unknowing carrier, and I wish them a full recovery.
Spend your energy Wisely as you work to recover – be it fast or not, recovery is the goal. My daughter had covid early on, before the announcement of a pandemic – she thought it was the flu and started a regimen of Theraflu. She now says that while it may not have been a “cure”, she feels positive that the medication eased her symptoms. The choice is yours, of course, and I wish you Well and wellness.

      1. That is too bad. I have heard from more than one person that when they had covid, many things would not stay down, so you may be in for that discomfort anyway. Here’s crossing fingers for the best.
