Develops the jaw,
But celery, stewed,
Is more quietly chewed.

It’s an herbaceous plant from the parsley family that actually has a parsley like aroma with a pleasingly bitter taste.

Home grow celery is crispy, juicy and absolutely delicious!
You can grow celery from seed in soil that has a high level of moisture therefore you need to water frequently. This plant grows throughout winter and summer.
Eat
It is wonderful and juicy when fresh. You can have with chicken, pork, lamb, blue cheese, apples, nuts, cabbage, tomatoes, onions, potatoes and even rice, its just one of those great all-rounders.
