The smoke coming down from Canada into the US has been making our air quality bad and mix it with allergies all I want to do is nothing but that’s not a possibility until Wednesday. Friday we got home early and I work on getting our yard  tidied up. In clearing weeds and other things out along the fence I touched something that caused a bad allergic reaction to the point I couldn’t sit or lay anywhere to help stop the itching. Than yesterday we move a party tent off our porch to take to my middle son and I messed up my lower back pinching the right sciatic nerve which laid me flat and is still bad today. I’m alternately using ice and heat along with prescription pain medication and healing spell to help it heal. Since I haven’t got the monthly posts up yet I am going to do those today and limited regular posting. All the birth horoscope traits are caught up.

Thank you once again for supporting me through another physical rough spot!

I am not sure if I will be posting extra articles today or not. It depends on how my fingers are doing when I get to that point as fibromyalgia has reared its ugly head in a flare again.
