Just like yesterday I will only be doing the birthday traits and moon phase posts. I have done a lot of physical work the last 3 days and of course over did it because my mind thinks I can even though my body knows I should stop. So it’s hurting my finger tips to type today. I’m sure others with medical problems that effect your nerve endings like fibromyalgia can understand what I mean. A day of just relaxing in my wonderful reclining and messaging desk chair than I come back feeling so much better.
