Welcome to WOTC! A Thought for Today

As I was looking for a thought for today I saw this and it rang true with the week I am having. Big Dwag tells me to just calm down when I’m so stressed out I want to throw or punch something. I do try with deep breathing attempting to go into a meditative state for a bit. Sometimes it works and other times my mind says no way. Because I stress so much at times it does a bad number on my fibromyalgia. So if anyone has other suggestions of what I could do either at home or in the car I did apricate your wisdom. I can calm down faster at home as I’ll go outside to work on the yard or take a walk or play fetch with my silly but very loveable Crystal. BTW Crystal has reached the age where she can now be registered as my ESA companion!!! We are also in training for her to help me not fall when my balance is off.

  1. Have you tried hissop tea?

    Or drinking a bit of lavender in lemonade? Too much lavender can taste like soap, so go easy on that one.

    On Spells8, we have a weekly tea and meditation group activity. It helps me a lot! I got upset when the nursing home and other family members would not allow me to talk to my mother, but was able to see it as the Universe saying I can release that contact from my life, now.
