It is brrrr 🥶cold here as it is in many places. This weather for people with chronic pain issues is the pits and I can understand what you are going through just as you understand what I am going through. Today there is not going to be any extra posts just the daily informative posts are being done so I can lay back down under a couple of blankets to try and not hurt as much physically. We finally should be climbing out of this artic vortex tomorrow I wish you all well, stay safe, and warm.
