It’s been a very long week but one thing good came of it. While serving papers on Friday, we came to a house with beautiful Belgium Shepherd puppies. We have a new fur baby in our family as of yesterday. Crystal, by no means, is taking the place of our 3 girls who crossed the rainbow bridge within 9 months of each other she is an addition to our family. Our male Merlin was extremely depressed after Cleo’s death with no companion when we had to leave him when we went to serve papers. Crystal is a companion for Merlin, who seemed to perk up a little when he met her. She’s also a companion for us. I will post a picture of our fur baby after she gets her microchip. While I trust my regular WOTC Family I don’t trust the many trolls and others who just surf the web with intentions of negative things towards others, such as a dog theft ring that has hit close to home lately.
We pick up the ashes of Cleo’s body on Monday, which is going to be very hard. We don’t want the additional worry of our new fur baby getting taken away from us even though she will never be outside without at least one of us being with her.
