I haven’t been feeling well this week. Went to the doctor today and found out I have a lousy UTI. So now I am sure why I feel yucky. What was supposed to be just a medication and bloodwork appointment turned in to t wo and one-hour hours of being there. I have been having interment chest pain so the doctor had me do am EKG, chest x-ray, and more blood test. Thankfully the EKG and chest x-ray were normal but due to stress and all it can cause he warned I was heading towards a heart attack. So to get my stress levels down and do some major self-loving care I am taking the rest of this week off. I have gone back to mostly seven days a week on WOTC. I will be taking one day off every week but will schedule the daily horoscope and birthday traits plus the moon phase the day before so they will be up on the right dates.
I need to get back to daily walks and meditation big time! Which I will be getting my routine for these things going daily again. Basically I need to remember my own words to other of taking at the bare minimum 10 minutes me time every single day. I should be back to posting on Sunday and will catch up all the missing birthday horoscope posts than.
There are a lot of interesting things to read on WOTC while I take some time off. I thank you whole heartedly for your understanding and support. Blessed be my WOTC family!!
