I recently met this young man through an email he sent me. He was gracious enough to provide me with some of his work that I could use on the site. I went down through the poems and they were absolutely beautiful. He writing is straight from the heart and it will move your beyond belief.       3. Hi, I read on your comments about a fibromyalgia flare up. Richies Moo cream, which is for cattle and found in most farm shops is absolutely incredible it is also used by professional athletes in training or after an event. It is totally natural, including ingredients such as eculaptas, peppermint it is able to penetrate right down to the core of the pain…anyway hope this is helpful, I have my aunt on it, she has fibromyalgia and really it brings her massive relief as it does my other aunt who has arthritis. It can be found on ebay, however in Ireland as I mentioned above, the farm shop & it’s a cheap as chips for a massive container! 😛
