Non-Manipulative Love Spell Wiccan Love Spell

Non-Manipulative Love Spell
Wiccan Love Spell

By Micaela
Note: When I was just a young and fluffy middle school Pagan, I wrote this spell, basing it off of a few other spells I had seen. It doesn’t rhyme or use pretty words and it needs a little tweaking. But it worked for me: a few weeks after I had done this spell, a guy with a very similar description to the one on my paper asked me out and we went out for a month and a half.

You will need:

  • A red candle

  • A pink candle

  • Red or pink flower petals

  • Some purple lilacs

  • A red pen

  • White paper

  • An envelope

  • Some perfume

  • A symbol of permanence/stability of your choice

With the paper and pen, write ten things you would like in a lover. Set the paper down on a flat surface and say:

Aphrodite and Venus, bring me a lover.
Let he/she be faithful and true
Let he/she love me for who I am
And let me love him/her for who he/she is.

Light the pink candle, and say

Let the first feelings of love strike me and this unknown person Let our love be one of friendship and romance

Light the red candle, and say:

Our relationship will be strong, and we will have the courage to trust each other and to be ourselves, and to help each other overcome whatever crises may befall us.

Spray the paper with perfume. Put it and the flower petals and the symbol of permanence in an envelope and seal it, imagining being happy and safe in the lover’s arms or something like that. Say:

Let this love be sweet and flourishing like these flower petals, but let it be far more enduring, like (permanence symbol).

Then finish the spell by keeping the envelope with you, or burying on your property, or keeping it by your bed at night.

W.Q.W. – My Own Recipe for Step By Step Health Elixir – Cough Syrup By The Silver Sage Witch

Merry Meet, my Silver Sage Family!
You’ll never guess what happened, so I’m gonna tell ya! Well, ya see, it was almost morning and the blue, gray light which was tinted with a tiny bit of honey-colored sunshine was beginning to peek through the big picture window in ma bedroom. It was so quiet that I could slightly hear the little birdies outside, taking their morning birdie baths in the pans of water that we’ve provided for them…along with a delicious birdie buffet chock full of an astounding array of oats, wholewheat bread, and a plentitude of different nuts and seeds. Suddenly, my phone rang, “Emergency emergency, pick up now,” it blasted out to me!

Shaken from the happy visions of birdies bathing, I quickly answered the phone. “I’m sick, can you help me please,” came from the other end of the phone. My patient told me what was wrong and then hung up. Dashing out of bed, I ran to my laboratory and grabbed my special Health Elixir that I always keep bottled for such emergencies and tied it to my pet Dragon, Drakkos’ leg. He looked at me and blinked as he asked sleepily, “Where’s the emergency this time,” and then after getting his instructions, flew off on his mission 😉

In today’s episode of W.Q.W., we’re gonna be checking out my recipe for how to make (step by step), my Health Elixir – Cough Syrup! Ok, ok, so I did get a bit wild and crazy, but hey, laughter is most excellent for the soul! Be sure to watch till the end and have the best laugh you’ve had all week.

Flashback 2004 Beltane

[The Flashbacks will alternate years between WitchesOfTheCraft.com and CovenLife.co]

Beltane

Beltane is the holiday that draws all Witches outside to celebrate the returning power of the SUn and the fecundity of the land.

Wear red robes for ritual and dress your altar in red for passion. If you have identified a nearby rowan tree, you can make a wreath for your hair using rowan sprigs. Decorate your house with freshly cut greens, herbs, and flowers. Arrange for music or drumming to lighten the steps of the dancers of the maypole or spiral dance. Lose yourself in the dance.

Fire is an honored element at this ritual, so have circle members jump a cauldron for purification and protection. Water is another honored element: be certain to visit your local sacred spring or riverbank. Sprinkle perfume into the water for the undines. Again, leave a drop or two of milk and other food offerings for the nature spirits.

Flashback 2002 Samhain

[The Flashbacks will alternate years between WitchesOfTheCraft.com and CovenLife.co]

Samhain/Halloween

Samhain grows in strength as a holiday, and while its meaning may be obscure to the general public, many rituals have survived intact. This is Hecate’s day, a celebration of the crone and the powers of the dark feminine principle. This is the day of the dead; you can honor your ancestors by setting a place for them at the table. Add their pictures to your altar. Indulge in wearing and decorating with black. Bring all your mojo to the altar to recharge.

With the veil between the worlds at it thinnest, a ritual at midnight on October 31 brings a last-quarter Moon and a very lucky Sun. Keep divination tools in your circle, and cast a spread to reveal the portents of the coming new year. Enhance your powers with a loose incense to burn on charcoal. Just blend a teaspoon each of crushed cinnamon, dittany of Crete, rosemary, and bay. Mix equal amounts dragon’s blood and frankincense, and add 1 part resin to 1 part mixed herbs.

Flashback 2002 Beltane

[The Flashbacks will alternate years between WitchesOfTheCraft.com and CovenLife.co]

Prepare for Beltane by leaving tokens for fairy folk in the woods or in your herb garden. Tie glitzy ribbons for the undines near a natural spring or riverbank. Gather spring flowers at dawn to adorn your door, and prepare a traditional May bowl for your ritual.

First, harvest several stems of sweet woodruff to steep in white wine or champagne. The stir in a cup of brandy or strawberry wine, adding whole strawberries, rose petals, and floating red candles. Empower the whole bowl for your ritual. Make a mini-Maypole for your altar. Find small smooth egg-shaped stones and half-bury [the stones] in posts of herbs or directly in the soil to update the ancient tradition of Hermes seeding the soil for fertility. For this ritual, use red as the main color theme in a circle as a nod to the reds moonflow of ancient ceremonies.

Sunday Corresponding Spell

Sunday

Finally, it’s Sunday, the official day of rest. Not only do Christians acknowledge this day but I’m sure many pagans appreciate this day, as well. Everyone needs rest and a lot of people need a good day to worship their creator (whomever or whatever that may be), however they deem fit to do so. With the Sun being the central theme of many ancient rituals, Sunday just seems to fit, in name and theory.

Sunday Pagan Worship

What you will need:
Your voice
Your body
1 bell (optional)

Find a quiet, private area, without distraction. Sit down in a comfortable position. Take a few, slow, deep breaths. Allow your body to become very relaxed. When you have done this, if you brought a bell, ring it seven times. Allow the last ring to resonate throughout your body. If you have something you want to say, to God or The Goddess, now would be a good time to do this. When you are finished, say this prayer or chant:

“I know there is a higher
being than me.
I am not alone.
You are with me,
Day and night.
You’ve rode the lows
And watched the heights.
If angels are real,
I’m sure to have a guardian.
I am so thankful
And so grateful for your hand.
You’ve blessed me.
You’ve fed me
You’ve quenched my thirst
And even dressed me.
A ‘man,
A ‘man,
And Blessed Be.”

When you are finished, ring the bell seven more times, to end the ceremony

Crafting Your Own Sacred Schedule – Part 8

(Parts 1, 3, 5,7 for this topic will be posted on Coven Life. Parts 2, 4, 6, 8 will be posted on Witches of The Craft)

How Do You Celebrate?

Now, all this exploration doesn’t mean that every day you note as important must be acknowledged with elaborate ritual. Lighting a candle on your altar, taking a few moments to meditate outside, or preparing a favorite meal of a deceased loved one all work beautifully. If you know a particular day is going to hit you hard emotionally or mentally, then remember to schedule self-care of some kind. That can be anything from taking a cleansing bath to scheduling an outing with friends to dedicating the day to doing community service.
