Collecting Debt Spell

Collecting Debt Spell

Place a photograph of the person who owes you money on a plate. Use a piece of paper with the person’s name on it if you do not have a photo.

Sprinkle with powdered sweet flag, licorice and bay berry.

Light a green candle on top of the powdered photograph and burn it.

See your debtor paying you back with ease and good grace while the candle burns

  1. As I was looking through your site I saw this spell and I believe it can help me, however, I do have two questions. This spell appears to be a very simple, in both materials and procedure, and I hope it is extremely affective. My questions are:
    1. After lighting the candle, do we burn the picture with it?
    2. You mention letting the candle burn, is this meant to be a one-time spell, as in, burn the entire candle in one session, or is it meant to be a multi-time spell where you meditate for a while and blow out the candle to come back to later?

Thanks so much for putting up this site. I enjoyed looking around.

    1. Spells do not have to be complex to work. In my practice over the years, I have found the simpler the better. This spell is very effective. In regards to your questions, you will have to work at a place that is fireproof. For instance, a metal tray would work fine or the first thing that popped into my mind, the old carhop trays. Be sure the space you are going to use is fireproof, definitely. Yes, you do burn the pic or the piece of paper you wrote the individual’s name. As far as the candle burning out, use a small candle such as a votive candle. They work perfect when you have to have the candle burn out in one session. Another thing, never blow out a candle. When you go to extinguish the flame, you either snuff it out with a candle snuffer or your fingers.

But always remember, just because a spell is simple doesn’t mean it won’t work. I hope I have answered all your questions. If you have anymore, feel free to let me know.
      Blessings, Peace & Comfort,

      1. Lady Of The Abyss,
Thank you so much for your reply. I want to apologize. After reading your reply and re-reading my comment I can see how it may have come across that I questioned the validity of the spell because of its simplicity, one of the problems with the written word, it is very difficult to fully express tone of voice and inflection, body language and facial expressions in such a constrained environment. Had we had this conversation face-to-face you would have seen that I am quite happy with the simplicity of the spell and am looking forward to full success.
Your answers are perfect. I have a really good mental picture on how this is going to work. I have a tin roasting pan that I have used in the past for similar situations, so that part is a go. I’m glad you mentioned the type of candle to use, the possibility of the time swing depending on the candle used can be huge.
As far as “blowing” out the candle, you are correct, I should have typed extinguished. I do want to thank you for pointing that out though, just in case.
        Well, time to go shopping!!!
        Blessings to you.

    1. Sorry for taking so long to reply, sort of busy this morning. Yes, the licorice and bayberry are in powdered form. I hope this answers your question. If you need anything else or another question, just holler. I will try to be quicker to respond next time.
      Have a very Blessed Samhain,
      Lady A
