Your Animal Spirit for June 12th is The Fox

Your Animal Spirit for Today
    June 12, 2013

Fox

Fox medicine represents the ability to blend in. She can change colors to blend with the seasons—becoming almost invisible against a backdrop of snow or foliage. Fox also has an amazing sense of smell that enables her to sniff out dangerous situations. Be like a Fox—street smart and safety savvy—don’t call attention to yourself as today is a day of watch and wait.

Elder’s Meditation of the Day – May 28th

Elder’s Meditation of the Day – May 28th

“Silence and self-control permeate the entirety of our lives.”

–Larry P. Aitken, CHIPPEWA

The Creator gave us all the Red Road and on this Red Road we are required to think and act in a spiritual way. To make sure I conduct myself according to the Red Road, I must make sure I develop my self discipline. Self control works best when we pray for the courage and power t do the will of the Great Spirit. We are here on the earth to do the will of the Great Spirit. Sometimes, we must battle ourselves to do this.

Great Spirit, help me to have my self-control guided by spiritual ways.

Daily Feng Shui Tip for May 28th – ‘Nasty Sunburn’

The heat is on, but what if you forgot to slather and lather, leaving you with nasty sunburn? If this is you, then try to gently ease yourself into a cold shower as soon as possible after burning. This will halt the ‘cooking’ process while also stopping the skin from continuing to burn. You can also mix equal amounts of cornstarch and baking soda with enough water to form a paste. Apply the paste to the affected areas, or use aloe vera gel instead. Either remedy will bring relief, but nothing beats repeated applications of sunscreen while you are out and about having fun in the sun.

Lady A’s First Spell of the Day for May 28th – Erectile Dysfunction Hex

Erectile Dysfunction Hex

Materials You Will Need:

Length of red cord or ribbon

Measure your lover’s penis and cut the cord length to the measurement. Starting at the center of the cord, tie nine equidistant knots, saying with each one:

“With this knot to me you’re tied,

Only for me shall you rise,

Only for me shall you grow,

And if wild oats you try to sow,

Limp and flaccid you shall be

Until you come back home to me.”

Carry the cord with you at all times, and your lover won’t be able to perform in another woman’s bed.

Lady A’s Spell of the Day – Return to Sender Plus One Extra!

To Return A Hex To It’s Caster

“Spell, spell, spell begone!

Back to which ye belong.

Back to the caster

Take your disaster”

Or:

“Thinking of me

But just the same

Return this spell

From whence it came

Upon my safety, I do hold

Send the damage, return threefold!”

A RITUAL TO REVERSE CURSES AND HEXES

3 yellow or white candles

1 bottle Witchbane, Jinx removing or uncrossing oil

1 packet Hermes Incense

On a day of Mercury, as Luna waxes in an air sign, light a bit of the incense and say:

“SPIRITS OF THE ELEMENTS OF AIR,

GATHER TO THIS CENSE MOST FAIR. DRIVE

OUT ALL DEMONS OF DARKER MEIN.

DISPELL THE HATE OF GALL AND SPLEEN.”

Anoint the three candles with the oil and vision the intentions of all evil thought returning to the one who sent them. Anoint also the victim upon whom the negative attack was directed on the forehead, throat and chest, to lift the evil effects. Light one of the candles and pass it thrice around the victim’s head. Then circumambulate him/her thrice with the burning incense, moving deosil, as these words are spoken.

” NIGHT BE DAY!

SEND EVIL AWAY!

COLD BE WARM!

NO EVIL SWARM!

DARK BE LIGHT!

ALL HEREXI TAKE FLIGHT!

POWER OF THE AIR SPRITES.

REVERSE ALL ADVERSE FRIGHTS.

SEND BACK TO THE EVIL ONE.

TO HIDE FROM LIGHT OF SUN

IT SHALL BE AS IF NO MORE.

ALL EVIL FLEE FROM THIS VERY DOOR!”

Allow the candles and incense to burn themselves out. Repeat this each day thereafter for two more days, until the candles are gone. The delivered victim should wear the oil as body cologne until signs of reversal are apparent.

Daily OM For May 24th – Feeling Overwhelmed

Feeling Overwhelmed

Breathing into Order

by Madisyn Taylor

Difficult situations are opportunities to be our best selves, hone our skills and rise to the occasion.

Sometimes we may feel like there is just too much we need to do. Feeling overwhelmed may make it seem like the universe is picking on us, but the opposite is true: we are only given what we can handle. Difficult situations are opportunities to be our best selves, hone our skills and rise to the occasion.

The best place to start is to take a deep breath. As you do, remind yourself that the universe works in perfect order and therefore you can get everything done that needs to get done. As you exhale, release all the details that you have no control over. The universe with it‘s infinite organizing power will orchestrate the right outcome. Anytime stress begins to creep up, remember to breathe through it with these thoughts.

Then, make a list of everything you need to do. Note what needs to be done first, and mark the things others may be able to do for you or with you. Though we often think no one else can do it correctly or well, there are times when it is worth it to exhale, let go of our control, and ask for help from professionals or friends. With the remaining things that feel you must do yourself, take another breath and determine their true importance. Sometimes they are things we’d like to do, but aren’t really necessary. After taking these quick steps, you will find you have a plan laid out, freeing you from frenzied thoughts circling in your head. With calming deep breaths, you are now free to focus more fully on our priorities. Herbal teas or flower remedies along with wise choices about caffeine and food can help keep us from becoming frantic too. But with nothing further from us than our breath, we can breathe in our best intentions and let the rest go with an exhale. Keeping ourselves centered and breathing into and through life’s challenges helps us learn what we are truly capable of doing, and we will find we have the ability to rise to any occasion. Remember you aren’t being picked on, and you are never alone.

Feng Shui Tip for May 24th – ‘International Tiara Day!’

Here’s another day after my own heart. It’s ‘International Tiara Day,’ prompting me to share an exercise that will give you a leg up on any competition so you can own your crowning glory. Whenever you’re engaged in an activity that you would like to ‘win’ (this could be a job interview or a tennis match), see the desired outcome in an imaginary television screen over your head. Literally feel what you will feel as that winner and then breathe in deep in four separate staccato breaths. Hold this breath for a second while firming your visualization, and then blow that breath into the image over your head. Do this four times, waiting approximately 15 seconds between each breath. This ancient Huna technique for creating and then engaging in winning scenarios is powerfully effective. So forget Charlie Sheen, now it’s you who will be winning — and quite possibly wearing a tiara too!
