Salt and Water Clearing Spell

(Hare Moon)

Cast this spell to rid yourself of pain, hurt and sadness.

After dark, draw a magick circle and call in the elements. Put three pinches of sea salt in a chalice of water. Stir the water counterclockwise with your athame. Sit quietly and turn you mind toward what you want to get rid of your worries, problems, disappointments, sadness, hurt feelings, and fears. Hold the cup in between your hands, and say three times:

Clear the pain. Clear the hurt. Clear

the sadness.

Sip three sips of the water. Before each sip, repeat:

I rid myself of all negativity, right now.

Allow all of your negative feelings to be cleansed with the salt water. Imagine transforming any pain or sadness into positive change elements in your life. Feel yourself being cleansed of all that burdens you. When you are done, bid farewell to the elements and pull up the circle.

Empty the remaining water down the drain, and clean your chalice thoroughly with clear, cool water.

Dear Mighty Goddess,

Please recognize us as your children

and hear our prayers. For without your

Comfort and Love we are lost, without

You, All Mighty Goddess, we are nothing.

Once again we come to you on bended knees,

heavy and broken hearted. Another tragedy has

yet befallen us. Lives have been lost, little

children again, how many we aren’t sure yet.

Please, Almighty Mother if there are any

buried under the rubble, give them the strength

to survive just a little bit longer. Let them be

found and have a joyous reunion with their

loved ones.

For the children that were lost in this awful

tragedy. Give them a safe and joyous transition

to Your Loving Arms. Please comfort them in

this difficult time. Let their little souls find peace

with You. This life for them was cut short, very

short. We humble pray that they will learn life

will begin again shortly. Let them know one day

they will be reunited with their loved ones once

again. O, What a joyous day that will be for all!

We grieve for all life that was lost during this

tragedy. Whether they be ninety-eight or eight,

all life is precious. Seeing it gone in a matter of

seconds, boggles our mind. Please bless their

loved ones left behind. Ease their mind and

comfort their heart. We humble ask that you take

them all into Your Loving Arms and guide them

through this difficult time.

We will not ask why, Almighty Mother, for only

you know that. But we will ask that You shine

Your Gracious and Loving Mercy down upon us

all at this time.

So Mote It Be.

Invocation to Diancecht

Healer of wounds, we call to thee,
Bless our flesh that tears,
Bless our blood that spills,
Bless our bones that break,
Bless our body that succumbs to invaders.
Bless the hands that bind and stitch,
Bless the voice that soothes and calms,
Bless the medicine that pits itself
Against pain, against fever, against invasion
By all that would devour us.
Bless the tools of the healer’s trade,
That they may be clean and whole.
Bless the mind of the healer,
That it may clearly see what must be done.
Bless the spirit of the healer,
That it may not flinch from ugliness or pain.
Bless the heart of the healer,
That no matter how great the wounds
Nor how sorrowful the plight
They will not harden their heart
And treat the wounded without compassion
In order to protect their own softness.
Help us to remember, O Diancecht,

Sound Sleep Candle Magick (Hare Moon)

Sound Sleep Candle Magick

You will need a lavender-scented pillar candle, one-half cup of lavender flowers, and a cloth pouch.
  Place the candle next to your bedside. Just before you go to sleep, light the candle, dedicating it to your favorite Goddess or God. Now, walk slowly around  your bedroom counterclockwise three times. As you do, chant slowly and quietly:
“I remove all negative energy from this place.”
Imagine all the negative, unwanted energy flowing out of the area. Now, put the lavender flowers in the pouch. Crush them  softly as you walk clockwise three times around your bedroom, all the while imagining weaving a protective space around you and your sleeping space. As you  do, chant:
“Sound sleep, pleasant dreams, blessed be.”
Gaze at the candle for a few minutes and think about sleeping soundly and having pleasant dreams. Next, snuff out the  candle and repeat three times:
“I sleep soundly.”
Put the cloth pouch inside your pillowcase for three weeks to encourage sound sleep. Each night, relight the candle and  let it burn for a few minutes. Gaze at it again for a few minutes, then snuff it out and repeat three times:
“I sleep soundly.”

Before you go to sleep, turn on meditative music and recline. Take a few deep and complete breaths to center your  awareness. Quiet your thoughts and let go of any tension you may be feeling. In your mind’s eye, imagine a beautiful emerald colored rosebud. It is a  dream rose, a flower bud more incredible and exquisite than you have ever imagined before. Instantly, a magickal doorway appears as the emerald rosebud opens  slowly. You step through the door with your imagination and find yourself in a world of plenty. In this magickal world, you live like a God or Goddess with a  carefree heart and immortal spirit. You are free from fear and pain. There is no trouble, problems, heartache, or old age. Your energy is always vital, and  you feel wonderful, inspire, and uplifted. You are strong, vital and sensual, and you play with the delight of a young child. So many good things are yours.  Your life is prosperous and your ideas are fertile and productive. Everything is abundant and unforced, willing and effortless. As you experience this world,  a renewed sense of abundance and prosperity fills you. The loving spirit of the divine embraces, guides and illuminates your path to plenty.
Now take another deep, complete breath, and imagine stepping out of the emerald rose in your mind’s eye. Continue  relaxing and drift to sleep. As you do, imagine being in the magickal world of plenty.

Invocation to the Green Man of the Guelder Rose

Hail, Green Man of the Summer!
Guelder rose of the wood and farmland,
Whose bark heals the womb in pain,
Whose berries bring gladness
To birds and children alike,
Patron of healers in all places,
Crane’s berry, black haw’s sister,
You teach us that healing
Is our own duty,
As much as we can find it
In ourselves to heal.
Guide our hands, tree of soothing!
We hail you, sacred guelder rose,
Green Man of the Summer,
On this your opening to the sun.

Chant:
We are lovers, we are healers,
And we keep the flame alive.
By our love we live forever,
By our healing we survive.

Cause a Person to Develop Warts

 

Materials Required:

One Toad

One black cloth

Instructions:

Take the toad in your hand and state the following:

“When you go, leave something behind

for those that have wronged me.”

Wipe the toad’s back with the black cloth and say the following:

“Leave your essence on the cloth and make a gift of warts to

{Person’s name}.”

Release the toad where you found it. Under no circumstances allow harm to come to the toad. Place the black cloth in a place where the person will find it.
