The Chalice As Used In Dragon Magick

The Chalice As Used In Dragon Magick

You will need two chalices, one for water and one for wine. The water chalice can be of any material, but it is advisable that the other chalice be lined with a good coating of silver if it is pewter, brass, bronze or copper. Wine and other acidic beverages create a dangerous reaction with certain metals. Of course, if the magician chooses a wine chalice made of glass or ceramic, this is not a problem. If you cannot drink wine for whatever reason, substitute apple cider, grape juice, fruit juice, or even soda. The water chalice is of the element of Water, the wine chalice the element of Earth, sometimes of Fire when used for “blood.”
