The  Goddess intends you to be loved. You are splendid and unique. You are creation. In all of human history, no person exactly like you has ever lived and breathed. Every cell of your body, every pattern in your thoughtful mind, is a new part of this universe. How can you ever doubt that you deserve much, much love?
 
And how could you ever doubt that you were meant to give love? Each person you meet is, like you, a worthy singularity. The  Goddess intends you to love. Meet each with love, and accept nothing less in return. Loving yourself as a irreplaceable part of the universe, you can then meet others with the same spirit. And then, from this myriad of shining possibilities, a lover will emerge to charm and delight you.
 
Love is a gift. It is also your birthright. In the name of the goddess, reach out and claim it.

A home blessing meditation for charging a room
 
Sit  straight with palms on lap, take deep breaths, relax, and move into a mental space where you activate your intuitive senses. Imagine a cord of energy from your spine connecting you to the Earth, and channel energy from the Earth through it. Silently ask for divine protection, guidance, and blessing.
 
Direct your psychic sensing outward, and feel lines of force coming out of your aura. Note where the strongest energy is (check out the floor, ceiling, directions, etc). Note spots that feel empty or dead, note places that feel full alive, focus on where you are sitting and how you feel at that particular spot.
 
Imagine a sphere of light and love energy at your heart, feel it pulsing outward with every breath. Feel the radiance increase with every breath, feel your self as a star, continue to breathe deeply and send out the energy, letting it pulsate in the room. When ready, start making power sounds representing the love and light you are channeling; use it to amplify the light you are weaving; and fill the room with the energy. Then shift focus to sending a probe out into the room, and note the differences in the quality of energy and how you feel about it. Repeat if necessary, When done, feel the completeness of the work.

The Herban Corner  - Make a Romantic Valentine’s Day Rose Wreath

This is an extremely elegant and easy idea, but not always the cheapest! Silk flowers can cost a lot, so it’s best to get them on a clearance sale or perhaps dry some real roses.

You will need:

 

  • Hot glue gun and glue sticks

  • Artificial roses or dried roses

  • Heart shaped styrofoam base

  • Red spray paint (or paint to match the color of your roses

 

1. Spray paint the styofoam base in a color close to that of your roses. Let dry. This step keeps any white styrofoam from showing through on the finished wreath.

2. Take off any stems from the roses, you want them to be as smooth on the bottom as possible without falling apart (keep the calyx on, the green “x” shaped part of the stem underneath the flower that holds the petals on). If using rose buds, just make sure there are no stems attached to the buds.

3. Hot glue the flowers, face up, onto the wreath, completely covering it.

4. Hang, using wire twisted at the back, or a pretty ribbon. Enjoy!

This is suitable for all skin types
and very easy to prepare.

6 drops Lavender
2 Tablespoons Raw Honey
2 Tablespoons Brewers Yeast
Mix Lavender into Honey then stir in yeast
until mixture is smooth.

With grace and speed, foxes move through the shadows of the winter woodland. Their powers of cunning and agility have been invoked by shamans for centuries. To expand your powers of intelligence and energy, call upon Fox as a power animal. Since this is a Thursday before a Full Moon, it is
a favorable time to call upon Spirit Fox. To do so, place a photo or artwork depicting a fox on your altar. Scent the room with a woodsy fragrance such as pine. Hold the image of a fox in your mind and say: “Swift as wind, quiet as night, Spirit Fox help me with my urgent need.” Let the power of the Fox aid in bringing a swift solution to any problem.

If the darkness comes, and I am not there
